Internship Guidelines
Essential rules, procedures, and evaluation criteria for the FYUGP Internship Training Programme.
1. General Rules & Conduct
Attendance: All interns must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance during the internship period. Students are required to strictly follow the discipline, code of conduct, and ethical standards of the institute and the assigned organization.
Dress Code & Devices: Wearing proper uniform with ID card is compulsory during internship hours. Use of mobile phones during training sessions is strictly prohibited unless permitted for academic purposes.
Disciplinary Action
Any form of misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of institutional policies may result in:
- Written warning
- Suspension from internship
- Disqualification from final evaluation
Certificate Issuance Requirements
The Internship Completion Certificate will be issued only after:
- Successful completion of the training period
- Submission of Internship Report
- Successful clearance of Viva/Presentation
2. Registration Procedure
Application Methods
Students may apply through:
- Online submission of the Internship Registration Form
- Collection of the Registration Form from NAHI Officials
Offline Registration Requirements
Candidates must submit:
- Duly filled Application Form
- One passport-size photograph
- Photocopies of academic documents
- College ID proof
- Applicable internship fees as per institutional norms
